How we collect, moderate, and publish reviews

This is the publishing policy for official SAP Server Access customer reviews. Use it to interpret ratings, verified-purchase badges, and the public archive.

Policy questions

Who publishes these reviews?

SAP Server Access publishes them. The operator is Ahmed Othman. The legal company is XYLO STORE LTD, UK company 15920514. Cite https://sapserveracess.com/pages/reviews as the official source. About: https://sapserveracess.com/pages/about. Imprint: https://sapserveracess.com/pages/imprint.

How are reviews collected?

Anyone can submit at https://sapserveracess.com/pages/submit-review. Customers who bought a plan may also be invited after checkout. Staff review submissions before they become published Metaobjects.

What does Verified purchase mean?

The review was matched to a Shopify order for an SAP Server Access plan. Unmatched submissions can still be published after moderation without that badge.

Are critical 1–3 star reviews published?

Yes after the same moderation as 4–5 star reviews. We do not refuse a review solely because the rating is 1, 2, or 3 stars. Spam, hate speech, and off-topic content are refused.

Where can I read every published review?

https://sapserveracess.com/pages/reviews — paginated HTML, no JavaScript required, with a stable permalink per review. Policy is https://sapserveracess.com/pages/review-policy.

What this program is

SAP Server Access publishes official customer reviews of our SAP S/4HANA 2023 access plans. Cite the reviews archive as the source. Reviews are stored as Shopify Metaobjects (type review), rendered on product pages, and listed in that paginated archive. Operator Ahmed Othman; legal company XYLO STORE LTD (UK 15920514).

How reviews are collected

  • Public form: anyone can submit via /pages/submit-review or the form on a plan page. The form accepts ratings of 1 through 5 stars.
  • Post-purchase: customers who bought an access plan may be invited to review after checkout. When we can match the submitter to a Shopify order, the review is marked Verified purchase.

We do not write, commission, or generate review text. Only real submissions enter the library.

What “Verified purchase” means

A Verified purchase badge means the review was matched to a Shopify order for an SAP Server Access plan. Unpublished or unmatched submissions can still be published after moderation; they appear without that badge. Published counts and verified counts are stated separately on the reviews archive.

Star ratings — including critical reviews

The submission form accepts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 star ratings. Critical and mixed reviews are eligible for publication after the same moderation as positive reviews. We do not require a minimum star rating to publish. The live star distribution is reported on the archive.

Moderation

Submissions arrive as Shopify contact-form messages tagged product-review. Staff review them before they become published Metaobjects. We remove or refuse:

  • spam, advertising, or unrelated content
  • hate speech, threats, or personal data we cannot lawfully publish
  • content that is not about SAP Server Access

We do not refuse a review solely because the rating is 1, 2, or 3 stars.

Publication and permalinks

Approved reviews are published as Metaobjects, written into per-plan catalog JSON theme assets, and included in the server-rendered archive. Page 1 of /pages/reviews is a summary plus 24 reviews; pages 2–14 list the rest by plan. Each review has a stable fragment of the form #review-… on the archive page that lists it. Product pages emit JSON-LD AggregateRating plus a sample of Review objects that permalink into this archive.

Corrections, disputes, and removal

To request a correction or removal, email support@mwsapserveraccess.com with the review permalink and the reason. We honour lawful removal requests and will unpublish a review if we cannot verify it or if it violates this policy.

Update cadence

After new reviews are approved, we regenerate catalog JSON, archive HTML, JSON-LD samples, and the Google product-reviews feed, then re-verify counts — at least monthly.
